Video is no doubt an important format for marketing and the role of employees is a big part of this. The 2018 Edelman Trust report found 71% of people say employees are more believable spokespeople for a company than CEOs. And 67% of people would refuse to work for, or expect higher pay from, an organization that did not share their values. But how do you get employees involved in video? Technology has a role to play, and make your life easier. In this episode I chat with Priya Shah, Co-Founder of Sauce a smartphone video creation platform. We talk about why Priya set up Sauce with her co-founders, why employee-generated video is important and how the platform works. We've also got a case study to boot.
