Three tips to help your employer content creation

I went to one of London's biggest content creator events so you don't have to.

I attended The Podcast Show London 2025 - my third time - to discover the latest trends in content creation.

I returned with some valuable tips to help you create engaging employer content for your target audience.

The landscape has transformed since my first visit in 2022, with YouTubers and social media creators now flooding into the podcast space.

In 2022, discussions centred primarily on how broadcasters, media companies, and brands could use podcasts (mainly audio) to expand their reach.

By 2023, several YouTubers appeared on the agenda, discussing how they'd embraced podcasting - while creating something beyond traditional podcasts in the process.

Now in 2025, the event might as well be called The Podcast & Creator Show.

Video dominates both the exhibition stands and stages, with YouTubers, social media agencies, and production companies demonstrating how video has become the new standard in podcasting.

I loved hearing from prominent creators and had conversations with BBC and the team behind Steven Bartlett's famous Diary of a CEO.

Their techniques really resonate with me, and you can apply them to enhance your employer content creation.
