I chatted to Clair de Souza and Alex Her - the founders of The EB Space to give you a view into building a community for employer branders.

Employer Branding is growing it's influence as a profession, so it's important to have communities to help this grow more.

But it takes community builders to make this happen. Communities such as The EB Space - a Discord Server with over 650 members across 45 countries.

That's why it was great to get the founders of The EB Space in the studio recently.

So it's great to hear why they set it up, what it takes to set up a true community and what it means to be in employer branding. Employer Branding only becomes the core business asset it deserves to be when we bring people inside, and outside, the sector together.
